Mimosa pudica supports the effective elimination of unwanted organisms, substances, debris from the gastrointestinal tract. The use of the whole plant provides superior benefits.

Ayurvedic practitioners traditionally use Mimosa pudica to address a wide variety of issues, from gastrointestinal problems to gynecological and urinary complaints, toothaches, and fatigue. It has recently been found to offer targeted gastrointestinal support. When ingested, the polysaccharide-rich mucilage produced by the plant adheres to toxins, debris, and unwanted substances and shuttles them out of the body via the gastrointestinal tract.* BioPure Mimosa supports microbiome balance and gastrointestinal health and function.*

We use wildcrafted Mimosa pudica that’s harvested from January to March from different areas of the Northern part of India to ensure its sustainability. We use a hydro-ethanolic extract with the help of a pulverizer to powder the herb with a 10:1 ratio, meaning 10 grams of raw plant material is used to make 1 gram of extract. Take ¼ teaspoon up to twice per day of the Mimosa powder with cold or hot filtered water, juice, smoothies, applesauce, yogurt, or your preferred drink.
